“As a wife, a mother and as a business leader, my primary role is to be a trusted advisor — to help others find their way, live their best life, do their best work. Through this pandemic, I’ve learned that I am resilient, to take one day at a time and to trust my instincts but moreover, that strong relationships keep you grounded during periods of great change, and communication that is constant, clear, and compassionate is always needed but especially during times of uncertainty.”
