Sage Plaza’s Lobby Transformation

PDR worked closely with BlackRock and CBRE stakeholders to completely transform the ground plane of Sage Plaza – a 25 floor class A office building located in the vibrant Houston Galleria area.

As featured in the Houston Chronicle, the Sage Plaza Lobby required a complete transformation so that it was no longer just a space to walk through, but a destination to run into coworkers, have a change of scenery and take a coffee break.

More and more building owners are seeing it as a necessity to activate their lobbies to attract tenants.

PDR revamped Sage Plaza’s lobby with multiple seating options and surfaces for laptops and charging stations throughout. In addition, we designed two equal welcoming entrances, added a 85 person conference room with a wet bar for events, and enhanced some of the original features while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
