PDR collaborated with building architect Pickard Chilton to design this LEED Gold campus. Eaton’s modern new headquarters consolidates the company’s four local office buildings into one central location. The design is truly an integrated corporate campus in a single building.

PDR’s design aligns with a comprehensive program to promote employee wellness and connectivity. The campus offers amenity spaces such as a wellness center, clinic, training center, cafeteria, and executive dining area. At the center of each floor plate are communal areas that act as town plazas – these spaces leverage employee engagement and are spatial paradigms that are able to evolve with generations over time.

The overall design encompasses Eaton’s progressive approach to business, communication, teamwork and work-life integration.
