After the Energy Firm was funded for their two liquefied natural gas export facilities, attraction and retention of top talent employees became their next goal.

We designed an office that echoes the high quality work the energy firm produces.

As the Energy Firm is dedicated to supporting clean and reliable energy supplies, their office welcomes nature into the spaces. The central conference room contains a live, lush, leafy green wall giving a sense of refreshment around the office. The conference room’s windows can be set at a flip of a switch to cloud the glass for more privacy.

Employees are equipped to choose where they work based on the work task they are trying to achieve. We designed spaces dedicated to focus work, training large teams, meeting rooms, and celebrating the company’s successes.
