This confidential commodities trading and family trust management firm, approached PDR to help redefine their workplace. Visioning sessions and test-fits helped PDR analyze hard metric requirements and determine the company’s design direction.

The result is a more functional, collaborative and technology-enabled workspace that supports the company’s trading operations and daily activities.

A customized layout includes an open room of 25 trading stations, which are conveniently bordered by closed huddle rooms for trader collaboration. The new workspace also includes an open lounge area that promotes more connected employee interactions while reinforcing the company’s work hard / play hard culture.
